Until recently the owner of a well known volume building franchise, Craig Brant is a builder by trade and Registered Master Builder who has been involved in the building industry for the last 28 years. He established Brant Builders in Papakura in 1996, and has been designing and building quality homes ever since.

After initially working as an independent builder, Craig's expertise was sought by Carters who appointed him manager of their pre-cut framing division. It was while in this role that Craig invented the Brant Joint™ - a flexible joint used in wall framing to compensate for timber swelling due to moisture during construction, and now patented by Carters for their exclusive use.

As a master tradesman with senior management experience for one of New Zealand's largest timber suppliers, Craig is both highly qualified, and able to manage the most difficult of building projects.

A family business with sound family values, Brant Homes is wholly owned by Craig and Linda Brant, with a strong focus on delivering a quality product, with an exceptional degree of personal service.
